If you run out mid trip you do not have to install a new profile. On most plans you add data straight from your account.
How it works
- Sign in and open your eSIM.
- Choose Top up.
- Pick an amount and pay.
- The data is added to the same profile, usually within a few minutes.
No new QR code, and nothing to change on the phone.
When a top-up is not possible
- The smallest starter plans do not support top-ups. That is stated on the plan page.
- The plan has expired by time rather than by data. In that case you buy a new plan.
In both cases buy a new plan for the same destination. The new profile installs exactly like the first one.
How fast it arrives
A top-up is usually visible within a few minutes. If it has not appeared after fifteen, toggle airplane mode and check again.
