What we actually do
We buy mobile data plans from authorised partners who hold agreements with local operators, and resell them to travellers as an eSIM profile.
That means we are not a mobile network operator and we never claim to be. The network belongs to the local operator whose name is printed on every destination page. Our job is to make the choice simple, the price clear, the delivery instant, and to make sure a person answers when something goes wrong.
