Payment runs through a certified card processor. Your card details are entered on their side and never pass through our servers.
Currency
Prices are kept in euro. If another currency is selected, the amount shown is converted at the rate held in the system, and your bank may apply its own rate when charging.
What happens when you pay
- The order is marked as paid.
- The eSIM profile is issued, usually within seconds.
- The confirmation, QR code and instructions arrive by email.
If payment fails
The order stays unpaid and no eSIM is issued. Nothing has been charged. From the order page you can retry with the same or a different card.
If your bank holds an amount but the payment does not complete, the hold releases itself, usually within a few working days.
Invoice
The invoice arrives by email with the order confirmation and is always available in your account.
